 Change your filters often

Avoid damage to your furnace and central air equipment by changing your filters regularly. 

Believe it or not--during the summer a dirty furnace filter can cause the A/C compressor to burn out. 

When your furnace is running with a dirty and clogged furnace filter, it restricts the air flow across the heat exchanger, and it can overheat and eventually crack.

Remember to change your filters regularly or have Holmes Heating and Cooling do it for you with semi-annual maintenance plan checks.
