 TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:  Holmes Heating & Cooling agrees to provide two (2) maintenance calls per, including precision tune-ups, professional cleanings and safety inspections per year.  Yearly maintenance ensures a comfortable, energy-efficient, and safe indoor environment.

 AGREEMENT INCLUDES: 
 ü      Clean or replace standard 1” air filters
    ü      Inspect inside cooling coil
 ü      Inspect primary and secondary drains
    ü      Inspect blower components
    ü      Inspect condenser coil
    ü      Lubricate all moving parts
    ü      Inspect and repair loose connections
    ü      Check air conditioner pressures for proper refrigerant charge
    ü      Check voltages/amps
    ü      Monitor air conditioning and heating cycles
          ü      Inspect heat exchanger and burners
 ü      Check flue draft for safe operation
    ü      Inspect and test safety controls
 ü      Check air flow 
 ü      Inspect thermostat operation
